In an effort to better serve our members, National Audubon Society offers customer service centers to assist members who are experiencing difficulty with their membership or magazine subscription.

If you are a member and have inquiries about:
• Magazine subscription/expiration
• Magazine payments
• Magazine mailings (damaged, duplicate, or missing magazine mailings)
• Membership renewal/expire
• Membership renewal notices
• Membership premiums (fleece blanket, jacket, etc.)
• Membership acquisitions (Direct mail mailings)
• Member cards
• Change of address/name
