  • Monthly Giving



    When you become an Audubon Advocate for North Carolina, you join a special group of members who provide a critical and reliable source of funding by making donations on a monthly basis. And as long as you are an Advocate for North Carolina, you are entitled to full membership benefits in the National Audubon Society, including uninterrupted service of the flagship bi-monthly publication, Audubon magazine.







  • Join the Pearson Society



    Join the T. Gilbert Pearson Society and become an integral part of the Audubon North Carolina community. Pearson Society members contribute $1,000 or more annually to Audubon North Carolina. These members provide the most vital form of support for our conservation efforts to protect birds and other wildlife. Pearson Society members receive special benefits including:

    • Recognition as a Pearson Society member in annual donor publications.
    • Invitations to exclusive, members-only, annual outings and events.
    • A signature Pearson Society recognition gift.

  • News about making a charitable rollover in 2009



    Looking for a creative way to make a gift to Audubon North Carolina? If you own an IRA, you should know that 2009 is the last year to take advantage of an IRA charitable rollover provision that was enacted in 2007. The IRA charitable rollover is one of the 2006 Pension Protection Act provisions that expired at the end of 2007. Those provisions have now been extended through the end of 2009.
